freaky weather....
Nov. 7th, 2006 09:09 amToday there were a couple of tornados in Hokkaido! As of now; 9 dead and 22 injured. Aparantly, they were not in a usual place for tornados.
We have also had very strong winds all the way down here in Kanuma (though not nearly as bad, thank goodness), very gusty (the elementary kids are thrilled, all the leaves have come down off the trees and have formed inviting drifts everywhere)....it was very tiring to bike home from K.Nogyo today. Though it probably didn't help that I'd played soccer with the Kanuma HS club (1st and 3rd years only) for a couple of hours yesterday...it felt like I'd biked twice as far due to the wind resistance. My legs now feel like badly mixed jello >_< it is disturbing.
